NP Manual Textile Printers

Through years of continious refinements and technological advancements, the National Manual Printer has evolved to ensure the tightest printing tolerances, quickest set up, and easiest use. With the addition of CNC milling equipment, their U.S. based foundry now produces precision aluminium cast parts required for an all heads down printer.

Improved Micro-Registration
They use a y axis, three point micro system. The adjustment knobs are larger and easier to use. The micro registration system offers a smooth dial in adjustment.

Improved Print Arm Stability
Steel strut supports on all print stations eliminates any downward deflection during the printing process.

Improved 360 Degree Print Station Indexing System
Consistent print station indexing has been improved with a redesigned printer base.

Improved Screen Angle Adjustment
Shoulder bolts are used inside of the screen angle housing to "tighten" the printhead and keep the screen steady during a print run.
